Privacy policy
The short version: your recordings are yours, audio sent for transcription is deleted after processing, and the app does not collect data about you.
Recordings
Audio you record is stored on your device (iPhone and, for watch recordings, Apple Watch until handover). Recordings are not streamed or uploaded in the background.
Transcription
When a memo is processed, its audio is transmitted securely to produce your transcript and is deleted after processing unless you choose to keep it. Transcripts and summaries belong to your account and are used only to provide the service to you.
What we don’t do
- No advertising and no ad tracking.
- No sale or sharing of your recordings, transcripts, or personal data.
- No collection of data used to track you across apps or websites. The app’s App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected.”
Account & subscriptions
Sign-in (including Sign in with Apple) is used to keep your transcription allowance and subscription status attached to you. Payments are processed entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.
